Jo will be sharing her assertiveness tools and understanding of relational aggression with the teachers of APPS. During this practical, detailed workshop the staff will gain greater insight into social dynamics with particular focus on conflict situations, learn how to teach Jo’s assertiveness tools to their learners and how to support and work with parents during these tricky times.
